ING Account Information API Migration (14-17 September) Sep 14, 2026 00:00 - Sep 17, 2026 23:59 CEST
ING is introducing new PSD2 API endpoints and retiring its existing interfaces. To maintain connectivity, we will migrate to ING’s new APIs. This migration does not change any data contracts, scopes, or data formats — the only required action is renewing the ING consent.
As part of this migration, all existing recurring ING account connections will be fully invalidated — not paused, not carried over. Every affected user will need to go through a brand-new consent (reconnection) flow.
What does this mean for you?
Existing recurring ING account connections will stop working after the migration and cannot be restored — this is a full consent invalidation, not a temporary interruption.
Users will need to reconnect their ING account to restore access, which starts a new consent from scratch.
New connections created after the migration will not be affected.
